Pepco's our electric company. Before a storm on Tuesday at 3:00PM, our power went out. This morning at 11:00AM, the power finally came back on.

I'm guessing they have testes, if not balls. But they're internal, so sucking the balls of a snake takes that much more work, and makes it that much more likely for the snake to bite you first.
